The centre is beautifully situated in an alcove of Churchill College, overlooking a wide-open field. The space is warm, inviting, and spacious, offering the perfect atmosphere for gathering and learning.

In addition, the site offers in-house food services. Throughout the 2-day event, attendees can expect loads of opportunities for networking over drinks and refreshments courtesy of The Møller Institute.

Alongside the facilities, the 92 ensuite rooms and 140 free parking spaces on site make it an ideal location to host our upcoming FuturePrint Tech conference.

  • Early delegate pricing is £395.00 + VAT until 29th September 2023. After that it will rise to £495.00 + VAT.

  • It includes the full two day conference programme, refreshments and lunch during the conference and attendance at the networking drinks & dinner on 8th November.

  • All bookings once confirmed are non-refundable; however, in the eventuality that a delegate cannot attend due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances, it may be possible to transfer the delegate place to a colleague who may benefit from attending.

  • You are welcome to attend the conference for one day only, however the full two day delegate rate will still apply to your booking.

  • We have a number of rooms allocated for our event at The Moller Institute. There are a number of ways listed below that you can use to book your accommodation. We would encourage you to do this early to avoid disappointment.

    Alternatively, the Centric Hyatt Cambridge is a short walk from The Moller Institute.

    Cambridge also has many wonderful hotels located in the city centre.

  • Travelling by Car:

    Sat Nav warning: If you are using a Sat Nav please use the postcode CB3 0DS.

    Please note: If you are travelling via Huntingdon Road (A1307), please do not enter Storey’s Way, instead, follow Huntingdon Road towards the city centre and in approximately half a mile, take a right turn onto Shelly Row, follow the one way system towards Madingley Road, take a right turn and then head towards Storey’s Way, where you will see the Møller Institute entrance, near the main Churchill College entrance.

    There is free on-site parking for over 140 cars for delegates visiting the Møller Institute.
